“Words cannot describe my experience with Dr. Scott. As a doctor, he is not only a technical genius (and an artist/sculpture with his hands) but his bedside manner is amazing. Dr. Scott took care of me from the minute I walked into his office – physically, emotionally, and mentally. He took the time to answer EVERY question I had regarding the procedure; addressed every question (and there were many), and followed up all week long by phone to make sure I was healing ok and felt good about my healing progress. What makes Dr. Scott ‘different’ is that he truly cares. He is an active listener and was so complimentary of the results of the surgery that it made me feel like I was somehow involved — haha. His whole face lit up when he saw how my jawline was looking and he was unbelievably complimentary of how ‘I looked’ at these early stages. Between Dr. Scott and is Team, I never felt alone but rather that I had a ‘Team’ of supporters walking ‘with’ me! It’s been two months since my surgery which included a full face lift, brow lift, and upper and lower lids. From the first office visit Dr. Scott and his team were caring and attentive, and offered a level of care we don’t see very often in health care these days. Dr. Scott was attentive every step of the way, answering every crazy question I came up with, reassuring me about appropriate expectations, offering extra office visits to ease my concerns, and talking with me on the phone and by email to track my recovery. And his professional work speaks for itself — my results are everything I hoped for, very natural but a huge improvement. It’s clear to me that Dr. Scott and his team care about my face as much as I do. But they also cared about me!

“After losing some weight, I was still unhappy with my facial fat and stubborn genetic double chin. After addressing my concerns to Dr. Scott he suggested masseter botox and chin lipo. I have always wanted these procedures, and after his careful explanation I knew I wanted to get both done. Dr. Scott was able to slim my cheeks with masseter botox and perform chin/neck lipo for me. Not only do I see massive improvements to my face shape with less chubby cheeks and round face but also the masseter botox has greatly helped with reducing the jaw clench pressure and I now do not get any tension headaches! The chin lipo also evened out my neck fat and I am only 1 month post-op and in love with the results! “I would highly recommend Dr. Scott at Petroff Center–his results are incredible! I had skin cancer removed from the top of my lip 2 years ago from a MOHs surgeon and the results left a long scar and bump in the middle of my upper lip. It always bothered me both aesthetically seeing the scar and physically feeling the bump. While loved ones told me “they didn’t notice it” I could see it prominently stick out in every photo. I am 3 weeks postop and the results are phenomenal! Now my loved ones are telling me that my lip looks incredible and you can’t even see the previous scar. I am thrilled and have my confidence back! It was placed well and he was really gentle while administering it. I got Botox in my forehead and between my brows.
